The third is we have to do regularly exercise. It is used for keeping our body fresh. Many workers forget this thing. Most of them just spend their holiday sleeping all day long. It is a wrong activity. The fourth is we have to avoid some foods such as fast foods and junk foods. Many workers want many things instantly including their meals. They just want to be full and get to their work again as soon as possible, whereas their meals are not healthy. They don’t realize it after the foods give the bad effects for their body. In this case, healthy meals are very important. From those things, we can see that everything can be changed if those people can change their lifestyle. Everything comes back to their wants.
