Many people still think that building their own business is their effort to gain more money, whereas there are other purposes from building a business actually. But they don’t realize it. They just think about money, money, and money. Actually, there are three essences of business. Two of them are for us, but it is not about the money. The first essence is the business should be a place for giving a chance for the people who want to get a job. This essence is related to the condition nowadays. There are many people who are jobless. They really need a job. If we build a business, it means that we provide a place for them. In this case, we can reduce the jobless level in the society.
The second essence is a business should improve our performances. It means that we will get a lot of benefits from our business. Those benefits are not only the money but also something invisible such as mental attitude. This in
visible thing is very useful for a person who runs a business because the success of our business is depended on our mental attitude. In fact, there are many people which can build their business using just a spirit. But, together with a spirit, they also learn about their business more and more.
The third essence is related to the last sentence of previous paragraph. We have to learn more and more. When we build a business, we have to be ready to become a student again. We have to search “a teacher” who can be people who get succeed in their business. After getting a teacher, we can try to run our business. Together with the guide from that teacher, we can also learn from our experience. There is a wisdom which says that the experience is the best teacher. We can also use it for a guide.
